A case of Di Guglielmo Syndrome (Erythroleukemia) in 7 year-old female patient is presented, who had characteristic clinical and histopathologic findings. The patient was manifested, by generalized weakness, anorexia, and pallor prior to admission. Three cases of adhesion of the labia minora were seen from Dec. 1. '71 to Oct. 30. '72. at the pediatric department of II Sin Women’s Hospital. Case I. manual separation was performed and followed by application of estrogen jelly and in Case K and case JU, only local application of estrogen cream was used without any trauma.
